Prior to founding Nina E. Woodard & Associates, I was blessed by the opportunity to serve as the Executive Director for Strategic Human Resource Management India Pvt. Ltd. a wholly own subsidiary of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) US. In that role I assisted in building the new SHRM business entity in India and provided support for Business Development and Marketing efforts. Prior to working as the ED in SHRM India, I served as the Managing Director of Aradhanaa Human Resources Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., my own Indian based company founded in June 2002. I retired from Standard Chartered Bank in May 2002 as a Sr. Vice President of Human Resources for Standard Chartered Bank, PLC, a London headquartered International Bank, whose focus is primarily in Emerging Markets.
 
My career has encompassed 32 years in the field of banking. My rich Human Resources background includes leadership roles in practical day to day activity as well as significant change initiatives, including M and A work and establishing a shared services center for finance. I have worked across North, Central and South America, in the Middle East and in Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Nepal, Singapore, Thailand and Taiwan. These experiences have given me a truly global business perspective. In all of my roles I worked as an HR Strategic Business Partner with the line managers I supported.
 
I currently serve as Board Chair for Safe Place Inc, DBA Safe Place for Pets in Colorado Springs.  I am business coach and mentor for Husys Consulting a People 2.0 Company.  I am serving as Social Media Director for Colorado Springs SHRM and enjoy a healthy consulting practice featuring a management approach I developed, Humnipotent Management.
 
I am pleased to say that I completed my MBA in 2012! It was a very proud moment. I am also the holder of a Graduate degree in Banking from Pacific Coast School of Banking and graduate of American Banking Institute Graduate School of Human Resources. I am certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and a Global Professional in Human Resources by HR Certification Institute the certifying body and subsidiary of Society for Human Resource Management and I hold the SHRM-SCP certification.Hello and welcome to my website!

I launched Nina E. Woodard & Associates in 2008 when I returned from India to the US. I serve as the President and Chief 'N' Sights Officer for Nina E. Woodard & Associates. Using my own customized executive coaching and strategic business consulting strategies, I strive to heighten confidence in business leaders as they move into the Indian market place; help them increase their understanding of the cultural nuances influencing business in India; and share tips to engaging in more meaningful and productive communications with colleagues - all with a focus of creating positive bottom line impact!

I currently serve on the Board of Directors for Husys Consulting Limited in India. I am also their the mentor and business coach! I enjoy working with the leadership of the World HR Congress and have served as a member of the core team for almost 15 years. I am the past President for San Diego SHRM and the former Vice Chair for Women Business Enterprise Council WEST.
